This enables us to see general usage patterns on our Site, and not the use of an individual person. We use the information to analyze Site traffic, but we don’t identify individual users.
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Data within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In your request, please make clear what Personal Data your request relates to. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We determine retention periods based on factors such as:
- the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you;
- whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (e.g., certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
- whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (e.g., in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and our including a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.
